Our Booking Policy

No shows and last minute cancellations have huge effects on our small business. It means clients can not book these spots, and both therapists, and clients are inconvenienced. 

Therefore we require a 50% deposit for all bookings. This booking fee can be redeemed for your booking at the time, or rolled over to secure your next appointment when rebooking in the salon. 

We understand sometimes you need to change your booking. However, we kindly request 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel so we can offer this slot to another client. By providing us notice, your deposit will be held as a credit note under your name for use in the future with no expiry on treatments. We do not offer refunds for online, or in salon bookings. 

If you do not provide us with 24 hour notice, or there is a no show, your deposit will be fortified to compensate for our loss of time.

 Deposits cannot be transferred between individuals, or used on products. 

If you are using a Glam Gift Certificate, this will be used to secure your booking, following the same policy. 

We appreciate our policy being respected, and stick strongly by this.

We encourage you to book in advance. The demand is high when it comes to serving our treatments. Treatments over an hour or more require a deposit to secure the booking. Please note we do not take bookings without a credit card or deposit.


SMS reminders are sent to your mobile to confirm your booking 2 days before your scheduled appointment.

Medical Information

Please let us know if you have any medical conditions that may affect your treatment.

Mobile Phones

We ask that everyone who remembers to switch of their mobile phone to keep a relaxed vibe in the salon.

Suggested Attire

We suggest all spray tanners wear comfortable, loose fitting dark clothing to allow the tan to dry at its best. We recommend for waxing, not to wear your latest set of lingerie. Spray tanning we recommend loose light clothing, no gym gear and open toe shoes to avoid tan rubbing off. Anyother treatments we recommend whatever you wish.

VIP Club Offers

VIP Club Offers entitle the user to upgrade offers in store and will be confirmed at the time of your booking whether that be in-store, online bookings or over the telephone.


On your first visit please arrive at least 10  minutes early to check in and unwind. Relax…. Have a coffee in our waiting area if you like? This allows us to welcome you to our salon and obtain required information. All information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party. Late arrivals will require all treatments to either be cut short of scheduled time or in some cases we may have to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know. We don’t want our treatment times going to waste and we don’t want others to miss out on an opportunity to experience what we offer. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do this within 48-24 hours notice to avoid losing any deposit. Everything is stated in the above cancellation toggle.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Glam Gift Vouchers, and yes of course cash. NO AMEX. Please note: surcharges apply on card transactions depending on bank. We do not hold any card details on our system. 

Returns And Refunds

We do not refund products due to a change of mind or products that have been used or opened. We will only provide a refund if you have a reaction to a product with photos provided. Upon return we will need you to fill out paperwork to send back to the skincare company, along with the photos.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are beautifully wrapped and ready to give. Purchase online at or by phone 0412 799 559 with E-Voucher, Express Post and Courier delivery options available. Spread the love with a Glam Gift Voucher for that someone special. We can make the Glam Gift Voucher for any amount or service. Vouchers are redeemable for any treatment and valid for 36 months from date of purchase. Our vouchers are transferable but non-refundable. Purchase in store or online.

T’S & C’S

Gift vouchers can only be used on treatments only, not products. Gift Vouchers are not replaced if lost or stolen so please place them in a safe place!

Marketing Vouchers can only be used when spending $25 or more in salon, Tuesday to Friday. We do not extend or replace marketing vouchers. We do not keep, or re send marketing vouchers. Marketing Vouchers can not be used with specials, or additional vouchers or given to another person to use in liu of yourself. If you have not visited the salon within a 6 month period, you will be automatically from our ‘loyalty program’. We offer this rewards program to our ongoing loyal supporting clientele, to say thank you.

As per salon policy, all services an hour or more require a fifty per cent deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please do this within a 24 hour period by notifying us via 0412 799 559 & leaving a voice message. Deposits will be placed as a credit note, under your client card on our computer system with no expiry. 

Cancellations outside of this time frame, or a ‘no show’, may result in a loss of deposit to cover our therapists time. 

‘No shows’ to our salon will result in that service being paid before booking into the salon again. 

We hope you respect our polices, as we respect and care for our clients. 

Online Store, refunds & policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from our online store the date you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and not used or opened. Your items need to have the receipt of proof of purchase without this we cannot process your refund.

Product Refund: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the items. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within days depending on the card or bank issuer. This is out of our control how long this takes.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping policy

Our orders are shipped within 5 business days. Local deliveries are dropped off within 1 business day. Pick up is available in salon Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Mondays.

All shipping comes with a tracking number.
