About Cosmetic Injections

Anti-wrinkle injections are used to help prevent deep wrinkles forming and to soften and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in a subtle and natural looking way.

As we age the balance of our facial features change, producing unwanted effects that can make us look tired, grumpy, sad and worn-out. The skin can become shallow and dull.

A very small amount of anti-wrinkle solution is injected into the muscles that cause your lines and wrinkles. They are designed to smooth away the wrinkles and lines in most commonly, your frown, forehead and crow’s feet area. Although it can be used in other areas of your face also, for example; to reduce your lip lines, reduce your gummy smile or soften your mouth frown.

Anti-wrinkle injections are a type of botulinum toxin, a naturally occurring protein extract and is generally very well tolerated in the minute levels administered for cosmetic purposes.

Anti-wrinkle treatments have been approved for use for over 20 years globally.

Any downtime?

There is little to no downtime after treatments, with many clients returning straight back to work. Bruising at the injection site may occur, makeup can be applied.
