How long do eyelash extensions last?

With proper care, your lash extensions will last between 4–6 weeks. To keep them looking full and fresh, we recommend booking an infill every 2–3 weeks.
What types of lash extensions do you offer?

We offer Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions. Each style is customised to your eye shape and desired look using handmade fans (no pre-mades) and award-winning Australian products.
Can I wear makeup with eyelash extensions?

Yes, but avoid oil-based makeup and removers as they can break down the lash adhesive. Stick to water-based products and avoid mascara on your extensions to maintain their longevity.
How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid using oil-based products or mascara for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures the adhesive bonds properly.
Do eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?

When applied correctly by our trained lash technicians, extensions will not damage your natural lashes. We take care to apply the correct length and weight for your lash health.
Can I get my lashes wet?

Avoid water, steam, and saunas for the first 24 hours after your appointment to allow the adhesive to fully cure. After that, you can resume your normal routine. Just be gentle when cleansing.
Can I have eyelash extensions if I wear contact lenses?

Yes! Just remove your contact lenses before the treatment and pop them back in once it’s complete.
How long does the appointment take?

A full set of lash extensions takes approximately 1.5–2 hours, depending on the style you choose. Infills typically take 45–60 minutes.
