Strictly No Refunds or Exchanges
Once a product has left the care of Glam Beauty Bar and Skin Clinic, if unopened we are able to offer an exchange for another product or credit voucher.
We are unable to offer a refund in any circumstances. If opened, we are unable to offer any exchange or refund - this applies to both online and in-clinic purchases.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be issued where a product is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made by Glam Beauty Bar and Skin Clinic
