At Glam Beauty Bar & Skin Clinic, we aim to provide prompt and reliable delivery for all our products. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

During our Christmas Closure and Public Holidays orders will not be processed. We will be closed 27th of December to January 13th 2026. Last orders will be shipped on 22nd of December 2025.

Pick-Up
In-salon pick-up is available from Tuesday to Saturday.

Orders for pick-up can be collected during salon operating hours, which are located on our website.

Shipping and Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive this tracking number via email/sms once your order has been shipped.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning any items.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier services.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia.
